The debate over pan vs. deep fried will never end. Both have their own advantages and shortcommings. Give me a plate full of pan fried, buttermilk marinated pulleybones. Oh yes. Some cornbread and collards would be nice also. White Acre peas? Yes; I will have some. Thank you… My. Those tomatoes look tasty also.
