I bought a six pound Boston Butte last night. This was suggested by Carlton Pierre last summer. Incidentally, I have not seen a post from him in several weeks. I hope he is OK. I put it in the oven, covered and smothered with Bushie’s Salt Lick BBQ sauce he gave me on one of his visits to Knoxville. I got the oven on a lower temp and I will let it rip for about six hours. I will let you know how it turns out. I probably will uncover it during the final stages of cooking to develop some type of crust.
