Dear Nestl Consumer,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us about Nestl Nesquik. We welcome questions and comments from loyal consumers such as yourself and appreciate this opportunity to assist you.
Nestl Nesquik developed a new proprietary break-through manufacturing process that allows the delivery of great Nesquik taste with 25% less sugar! Extensive research and taste tests were performed in which Nesquik 25% was overwhelmingly chosen as the best tasting product. 88% of Nesquik consumers who tried the product said that the sweetness was "just right". Nesquik is still fortified to provide 33% more calcium than milk alone, is 99.9% caffeine free, and is also a source of Vitamin C and other vitamins and minerals to help build strong bones.
This reformulation caused the density (weight) of the product to change. It is now lighter in weight; however, the serving size and amount of servings per package have not changed. Additionally, there is a noticeable color difference in the strawberry flavor. When mixed with milk, it will have the same great appearance. The new formulation does not contain any artificial sweeteners and also improves the solubility so that Nesquik now dissolves more easily into milk.
At Nestl, we are dedicated to you and your family throughout every phase of your lives. Your feedback is valuable to us, as it helps us to improve our products and services. We will report your comments to our Marketing personnel.
We appreciate your interest in our products and hope you will visit our website often for the latest information on our products and promotions.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Romano
