Great advice! Many of our problems were extremely obvious right away. We were not clear regarding order HERE and pick up HERE
I think we offered way to many items even on our practice run.
We are using a bar as our commissary and they want us to be there three nights a week for dinners. Should we keep the menu connected such as like, Tacos, tostada & tortas….example
Or beef sandwich, polish & dogs…example.
I told the bar owner we will start with a very limited menu while we get our groove down.
