I’ve only done 5…I am also having a hard time believing the Palace is the oldest in Maine as I recall some downtime in it’s history also.

Alot on this list contradicts a book that I have called “A Century of Restaurants” for example the book mentions the Pleasant Point Inn in Center Lovell Maine as the oldest restaurant having been established in 1911
