naxet – i have found that with chocolate chip cookies i get a thinner, crispier cookie when i use more brown sugar than white sugar…is there any brown sugar in your recipe? (taking the classic Tollhouse chocolate chip cookie recipe right off the bag of chocolate morsels, and playing with it a little to incorporate oatmeal might work…)
