My favorite nut is Pecans. I love them in just about anything. I grind them up and add to my cream cheese stuffing for celery, I add them to salads and mix up cin. and sugar and glaze them, I like them salted, roasted, and raw. I just wish they weren’t so darned expensive.

There is a receipe out in cyberland somewhere that you use chopped up olives and pecans to make a olive nut spread (I think Heloise came up with this one). I don’t have my receipe handy but surely it can be "googled".
