Cashews are my favorite. Next in line are walnuts, pecans, almonds (especially BBQ), spanish peanuts, honey roasted peanuts, dry roasted peanuts, and hazelnuts.
The only nuts I don’t really like are Brazil nuts and boiled peanuts.

We love to cook with nuts, particularly in spicy Chinese and Thai stir frys.
