I like most all varieties of nuts, but my favorite nuts are imported pistachios, not the California variety. They used to sell Iranian pistachios in all the stores exclusively until the embargo in the  70 s  which coincided with the introduction of the California crops. Expensive, but they are definitely worth it.

Anyway, My favorites are Pistachios, Macadamias, cashews, in that order. Let’s not forget smokehouse almonds!
