In many states, including my own, it is not legal to fish in fresh water, to catch fish to sell. Maybe it should be legal to sell snakeheads to restaurants.
It doesn’t seem to be the problem in Minnesota. The Lake Superior North Shore is replete with restaurants that can’t compete and survive without selling fresh caught be it walleye, herring, whitefish, perch, lake trout, smelt, salmon, pan fish or northern pike. I was just up there last week and got my fill. [:)]
