That’s a great day. I could taste that beautiful brisket from here. As far as Cooper’s goes, you pick the meat straight out of the smoker. Real cowboy Hill Country. Quite an experience. More of a variety than the Lockhart locations, but the same authenticity as far as taste, location, style, and look. Could not recommend it enough.
