That’s a great day. I could taste that beautiful brisket from here. As far as Cooper’s goes, you pick the meat straight out of the smoker. Real cowboy Hill Country. Quite an experience. More of a variety than the Lockhart locations, but the same authenticity as far as taste, location, style, and look. Could not recommend it enough. Wanted to cut and paste pictures for you, but couldn’t. Look them up on google images.
