I went to Flo’s a while back and was EXTREMELY dissapointed, although I’ll have to admit I didn’t get the Fried Seafood. If you do make it to Flo’s, DO NOT I repeat-DO NOT get the Stuffies (Stuffed Clams) they were absolutely horrible- completely tasteless with chunks of raw green pepper inside. Never quite tasted anything quite like it. The red chowder was nothing special.

My favorite place in Newport is Salas, good cheap Italian and Seafood, although I think they are only open for dinner. A tad touristy, the Brick Alley Pub has a huge menu with lots of Variety.
