The Papaya King on 86th and 3rd is great…Many people go to Gray’s Papaya not realizing they are not even at Papaya King…I believe Papaya King uses Sabrett dogs and and I think that’s a dog that happens to be very flavorful…Infact those things are great going down but boy do those suckers repeat.
