When they opened a Portillo’s in Buena Park, CA, I jumped for joy! The dogs are god….but you have to try the Italian Beef sandwich too! That’s excellent. 

Now I live in Boise…..I hope they open Portillo’s here some day.

May your wish come true.  On what now happens to be the rare times I visit a Portillo’s, I have to do both.  A Chicago Dog and the Italian Beef. For me, it’s a toss up. My mouth is watering, now.  Just thinking of them.
