My impression from the original post is that there is no specific route since Zinchef says they are willing to drive very far out of the way for good stuff. So I thought they were sort of looking in a zone widely going from NOLA through Hattiesburg MS then up to Birmingham, i.e. rural southern MS and western-ish AL stuff?? Zinchef??
