I ask the waiter the last time I was there and he told me. I can’t do it. I pronounced it the way it looked and that was not the way it was. I always stay at the Springhill Suites by Marriott when I am there. They had the usual NO book on places to go. An article that appeared was where the top ten chefs in NO were interviewed. They ask them all the same questions about their favorite dish, favorite table, and where they would go if they did not go to their own establishment. Two of the Ten said Uglesich’s. I definately agree. Lunch only, but super.
