Me too. She must have a hell of a good shrimp source, though.

I bet you could, given the Chicago Style monicker, find a good whitefish or perch or carp or even chicken, pork and/or beef source and modify the recipe only a scosh.

I don’t know New York, but I bet Benzee could think up a good local comestible to use.
