Thanks everyone – see why this is so hard for me. I love almost everything so it’s hard. And I really like doing things that we don’t see around here and that provide me with a real challenge as well as plenty of background to do research on.
We don’t do any desserts – just appetizers/starters and entrees with sides. I could easily blow the school’s budget with my seafood but since I make donations out of my paycheck that get matched by my employer and go to the program, I don’t feel so bad. Plus on my other projects, I have brought all my own ingredients except maybe a few of the basics – just to make sure I had what I wanted. And I bring in stuff from time to time anyway to expose everyone to things that are normally in the schools pantry.
I have two more days to decide before putting it down in writing. Nothing is easy!!!
