Huh. I love Koegel’s, but the Michigander in me is as mortified at the thought of Coney restaurants using their pre-packaged sauce as I would be if I found out they got it at GFS or Sysco. Any restaurant worth its salt makes its own, and each one has a distinct texture and flavour.
