it’s hard to beat leftover catfish with coleslaw , on white bread . this should be eaten for breakfast of course . a nice summertime treat is portugese sardines , on a hollowed out and toasted end piece of sourdough . eat that out on the porch , with a glass of your favorite beer to wash it down .
