Thanks, Annpeeples, for your support, but, I was trying to avoid offering a recipe. In any case, my recipe, avoiding specifics, has no garlic, requires mortadella and a bit of shredded lettuce, and has no mozzarella. But, what the Hell, yours , I’m sure, is just as good as mine and I’d be happy to share a quarter of yours. I’m not sure, but I think I got my recipe off these forums a couple of years ago.
