Hehehe. This is my "introductory" topic… it looks like I’m going to fit in nicely here.
For me: Eggs, mayo, salt & pepper, and a dash of Pickapeppa Sauce. I serve with tomato, on wheat bread or potato roll, and no lettuce; the firmness of the lettuce causes the eggs to squirt out the sides. It’s a sandwich you can eat with your gums if you have to!
