plain and simple i am when it comes to egg salad.. just eggs and mayo with a dash of salt. that’s it.. and for me, it’s got to be hellmanns mayo– not miracle whip (UGH).. just those three ingredients and some fresh white bread– or lightly toasted white bread– and you’ve got a perfect egg salad sandwich.. *(for me anyway)*
