I made egg salad for lunch today… my usual mix: eggs, mayo (Best Foods here, which is the same as Hellman’s I think?), a tiny bit of salt, lots of pepper, and a bit of sweet pickle relish, or if I don’t have relish, a bit of the juice from a jar of sweet pickles, or if I don’t have either relish or pickles, a tiny bit of sugar. Soft white bread.
One of my favorite lunch places serves their egg salad on thick whole grain bread with cream cheese, bacon and lettuce. That’s yummy too.
