We stopped at TWLTS a couple of weeks ago; specifically, at Gramma’s Kitchen for a late breakfast. Decent truck stop food, generous quantities, and cooked to order but the corned beef hash looked like it might’ve come from a can and I don’t know if the hash browns were shredded on-site or pulled from a bag. Then again, at a location like this the emphasis is on speed and convenience.

But we were hungry, it tasted good, and we left full.
