Buddy,
I just spent last week in Rock Island, staying with my parents as I was working in Kewanee, Ill. My Dad has found that the Ribs are actually better at the 2nd Jim’s location (run by the Jims’ son) in East Moline. The EM location’s ribs have more meat and don’t seem to be as dry as the RI locations. By the way, the Beans, coleslaw and sauce are all the same. His son must not smoke them as long.
Jim’s Rib Haven II
1600 10th Street,
East Moline, IL 61244

It also looks as though they are expanding as there seems to be a Jim’s Rib Haven in Cedar Rapids, IA now and Omaha, NE.
