Otis Cafe, in Otis, OR, on Highway 18. Portlanders on their way to the beach always stop here. The breakfast potato thing is HUGE. Everytime you place an order, the potato futures market does a hiccup.

As for Mo’s and Mo’s Annex, I’ve always liked them, but about 6 months ago I had their chowder and it tasted really flour-y. Like they had some problems with the roux or something.
