We have a beach house in Lincoln City, so I know quite a few good places to eat there. Maxwells is a great little diner in the middle of town, and I believe it’s open 24 hours. Great prices. Also, Gallucci’s Pizza is really good (not chain-like, this is the real thing), and the Lighthouse Brew Pub owned by McMenamins is a good one. Also some places that are really good, but moderate in price as opposed to really inexpensive: Kyllos, Pier 101.

There’s also an excellent bagel shop in Depoe Bay along highway 101 on the north end of town. You can’t miss it – the sign is written on a huge picture of a bagel.
