oops, rereading your post i see you live at moody’s, so i’ll see you there… we can discuss the greatness of the 4 berry pie till the cows come home… enjoy fb
Frank-good catch. I struggle to choose between coconut creme, peanut butter, walnut or chocolate silk pie- also my wife now swears by rasberry warmed 1st, but only in summer and my younger son(15, 6’3") LOVES THE ECLAIR (bur swears Sarahs’ just over bridge in Wiscasset is better!). True story- when my Wife and I were looking to finally buy a place in maine we stumbled across a realtor in New Harbor who rented a house to us in Round Pond,- much to my W’s dismay I told realtor house had to be w/in 20 minutes of Moody’s or I wasn’t buying, leading to our discovery of current place in Chambelain on Route 32 -23 minutes from Moodys-but only b/c Rte 32 is curvy and broken up in places-too bad its not as well maintained as Rte 129/130 on south side of penninsula to Damariscotta.
We also love the Brunswick diner for breakfast, esp. the pancakes- do you go to Cupboard CAFE in New Harbor (actually just before turn off to harbor area). We tried Karens Kitchen, just south of Moodys on US1 on right for breakfast- good, but not worth it when Moody’s is so near. Any other places you like (oh and Primo is AN AMAZING FIND ESP FOR ROCKLAND ME. -WOULD BE WELL REGARDED IN NYC!!). WE are waiting to 4/1 to make reservation!
