I am watching the Food Channel and it is featuring the Memphis BBQ contest. Al Roker who looks like he has lost at least 100 lbs has entered the competition. Rokers Smokers. I do not know how he did. I sure do wish I could BBQ like those guys.

Some of the contestants have pretty elaborate rigs. I wonder what the total hard cost is. It must take hours just to set one of these up. Green outdoor carpets, picket fences. There must awards for the best set ups. Some were beautiful.
