As you can see by one of my earlier post. I experienced the pain of smelling but not being able to partake. The one good thing is Memphis is full of BBQ places. You could probably try one a day for a year and still not get them all. You might have to drive a few miles though.

We were racing there in October and we went down on Beale Street to get into some blues. They block off the street and had great free outdoor music. There was a street BBQ vendor that was seeling brisket and pork shoulder right off the huge grill. Oh! so good.
