I would include boiled shrimp, your guests can peel themselves. Incredibly easy. Most stores carry Zataran’s shrimp boil. Simply follow the directions. The only thing that takes any time is bringing the water to a boil. The shrimp cook in a few minutes. Be sure not to overcook…they get tough.

There are about a million places to get all the things you need. If you google Mardi Gras supplies, you’ll get what you need. And one last thing…try to buy from places in New Orleans or elsewhere in Louisiana. They really need the business.
