I second your vote on Genny’s. I haven’t been there in a year or so, but the Burgers were outstanding! And who can say no to fried pickles!!
We have a couple of Bearno’s on this side of the river and get to them for the lunch buffet now and then..Pretty good pizza!
Ian’s Mom said good things about Mark’s Feed Store BBQ out on Dixie highway. I have only been to the Clarksville Store…tried it twice and was disappointed in it bigtime both times.
Stumler’s and Huber’s farm restaurants up in Starlight are great. We aren’t that far (10 miles at most) and get there now and then. I like Stumlers better than Hubers for the laid-back ambience…and I think (IMHO) the chicken is better!
BTW, Polly’s soft serve on hwy 62 has closed for the season…A sure sign that colder weather is on the way!!
