I’ve done this with fish and chicken and I bet that it would be good for pork chops too.
Dip meat in Hellmann’s mayonnaise and then dredge in Italian Bread Crumbs and bake in the oven till done. I don’t remember exact temperature on this, probably 375.
It makes fish and chicken taste so good!!!
Be sure to use Italian bread crumbs it really gives it great flavor.
