Hummm, Try mixing sour cream with buttermilk just to see if thats the taste yer after. If it were me, I’d try Buttermilk mixed with cream cheese on a chop & the sour cream & BM on another Dredge & bake.
Today I gonna experiment with differnt toppings for chicken fried steak Done in an oven. The video/pic’s should post in a day or so
