The fruitcake and the fudge from the Gethsemani are really good. I’m not big on their aged cheese. It is very strong, but not strong with a nuanced flavor. It is more overwhelming. Now they also have a smoked cheese, but I’m also not a big fan of that smoked gouda flavor.
