I love Sushi House Manda. Some of the best sushi I have ever had, and they have the option of made to order all you can eat. It is a bit far away from the strip, but well worth the drive.

The people are very friendly. The chefs recommend items, and if you order something that will take very long to prepare, they ask if there is something they can fix first, so you will have something to eat as you wait. Lots of fish with just a little sushi rice. The pieces of eel have enough meat to make 3 pieces at some restaurants.

Go early – there is a reduced price for early birds, plus you may have chef all to yourself.
