The place you speak of was called The Carousel. They had a revolving circular buffet that turned constantly so the cooks inside could replenish it as needed. The food disappeared behind the wall and there was always something new on its way out of the kitchen. It was on Rte. 30 right before the Rte. 462 split that takes you into he city of Lancaster. I don’t think it’s there anymore but we went years ago and the food was nothing spectacular, just a good selection and a lot of it.
Edit: My family will be there for Thanksgiving weekend. We’re staying at Willow Valley so I look forward to the huge breakfast and the round of golf.
