It has been some time since I have traveled this route but. If you got on Route 2 which runs along Lake Erie – heading West from around Bay Village, OH (home of the Sam Sheppard case) and travel towards Sandusky through towns like Avon Lake, Lorain, Vermillion on the Lake, Hurron. There used to be many little bar/restaurants enroute that featured all the lake perch, ffries, slaw you can eat from btw. $7.95 to $10.95. One place was as good as the next.
