I roasted a pig in a cuban box several years ago … It took 2 bags of Kingsford, then some extra logs on top to boost the heat
the box was loaned from an in-law’s cousin, steel plate lid, which was the fire surface, and a plywood box lined with sheet metal, the hog then layed on a smaller steel roasting pan, like a double sheet pan … It was a lot of WORK and produced a lot of roast pork
