I prefer Krystals to White Castles. White Castles always seem to be soggy to me. Of course that didn’t stop me from eating six or seven driving down I-40 this weekend. As I’ve said before these little burgers might be the best roadfood for driving as there is little danger of getting goop on your shirt. I think Southerners often prefer Krystals while those from the Northeast prefer White Castles. I guess it’s just what you grew up eating.
