KK is a glazed piece of hot dough. Big deal. I prefer the cakey Dunkin Donut. It doesn’t become a piece of lead in your stomach like a KK doughnut does.

The South kan keep their Krispy Kreme for all I kare.

Truth be told, I miss the many mom and pop places I grew up on in Syracuse, NY. DC does not have any comparable place. The best cake I ‘ve had in DC is from Cake Love on U St. But, I’ve still not had a good doughnut from a local baker.
