RL, Kitchen Table’s offering looks and sounds like a great burger & fries but this is what really caught my eye is your recipe:

If I can ever get my hands on some duck fat I’m going to be all over this.
Well first you need a duck. But it has to be domestic. Wild ducks don’t have much fat. They work for a living.
