I got a Chicago style deep dish pizza pan, which for some reason has a removable bottom. It came with a great recipe (which I still use today) so I cooked the first one for my brother and sister-in-law. When it came out of the oven, I was trying to deal with the mechanics of using the removable bottom by pushing it up from the bottom, (it weighed about 2 pounds) and the pizza slid off the bottom and landed on the floor topping side down. We all stood and looked at it,decided my sister-in-law was an anal-enough house keeper, scooped it up and ate it. It was pretty good, never dropped another one.
