I’ve set the kitchen on fire (twice) boiling apple Cider down into Syrup.
No flames, lots of smoke, 3 firetrucks. Supprised I didn’t kill the dogs !
First time the insurance cleaned and painted the whole half of the house.
Then we remodeled the kitchen, new cabinets, double wall ovens, range top
corian counters, sinks, lights, flooring [:)]
Second time I did it I just got yelled at … [:(]
I managed to boil the cider down last year w/o turning it into slag
