Fancy condiments aren’t always required. The best hot dog I can ever recall eating was on a hayride as a teen. It was a plain blackened hot dog on white bread with a streak of ketchup on it. This incredible gourmet’s delight was handed me by a certain Preacher’s daughter I was head over heels in love with at the time.
