Thank you CSD for the informative story. I agree about the Chicago style dog not needing any ketchup or anything else that isn’t already there. It is a great formula for the perfect dog! Also, I would not put ketchup on a Sabrett or Nathan’s dog either. Just a little red onion sauce, mustard, and sometimes a little kraut. All acidic ingredients that help cut the richness of the meat.
