Al, the mutton isn’t going to happen for me on this run. I’m taking the wife (anti-sheep eater), and the son..whom I’m trying to indoctrinate into the world of road food..and he currently doesn’t eat smoked meat of any kind. I don’t think I can make it to Indiana. On Lynn’s..we are early risers but they don’t open until 8 on the weekends so I thought we’d get there a little before that on either saturday or sunday. is there a better day of the two?

ScrumptiousChef – Ken-tex doesnt fit the theme BUT I’m planning on getting down to texas this year for some brisket so I think that one is worth doing.
