Ahhhh…Mrs Peters. I believe they have been closed for maybe 10 years now. I think what may have gotten them was the area of town was in decline. It certainly wasnt for lack of business. They had a dish there that had shoe peg corn in it, a cold dish. Anyone have any ideas on where I could get the recipe? Wish they would open again out by KCK’s new racetrack area.
