In what we thought was a good way to remember Julia, we hauled out her, "From Julia Child’s Kitchen" and cooked up a very nice filet of sole for dinner last night.

When asked by a CIA student chef as to what she atributed her long life, she replied, "… red meat and Gin". Who could not love a woman like that?
